You may not have a second chance to make a first impression so the first impression your home makes on a potential buyer is vital.  A properly prepared home will appeal to a wider range of buyers leading to a faster sale.

Remember, the way you live in your home now is not important.  We want the potential home buyer to visualize how they will live in it.
